The government of India announced padma awards for 2016,on the eve of republic day 2016. Ace director rajamouli will be honored with Padma Shri and Etv chair person Ramaji Rao will be receiving Padma ViBhusahan. Here is the list : Padma Vibhushan: Ramoji Rao , Rajinikanth, Dhirubhai Ambani, Shri Shri Ravi Shankar and Yamini Krishnamurthi, Girija Devi, Dr. Viswanathan Shanta.  Padma Bhushan: Saina Nehwal, Sania Mirza, Anupam Kher, Prof N S Ramanuja Tatacharya, Prof D Nageshwar Reddy, singer Udit Narayan, Ram Sutar, Former CAG Vinod Rai, Heisnam Kanhailal, Barjinder Singh Hamdard, Swami Tejomayananda , Former US Ambassador to India Robert D Blackwill, and Indu Jain of Bennett, Coleman & Co.
