The government of India announced padma awards for 2016,on the eve of republic day 2016. Ace director rajamouli will be honored with Padma Shri and Etv chair person Ramaji Rao will be receiving Padma ViBhusahan. Here is the list : Padma Vibhushan: Ramoji Rao , Rajinikanth, Dhirubhai Ambani, Shri Shri Ravi Shankar and Yamini Krishnamurthi, Girija Devi, Dr. Viswanathan Shanta.  Padma Bhushan: Saina Nehwal, Sania Mirza, Anupam Kher, Prof N S Ramanuja Tatacharya, Prof D Nageshwar Reddy, singer Udit Narayan, Ram Sutar, Former CAG Vinod Rai, Heisnam Kanhailal, Barjinder Singh Hamdard, Swami Tejomayananda , Former US Ambassador to India Robert D Blackwill, and Indu Jain of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Padma Shri: Priyanka Chopra, Ajay Devagan, and Senior lawyer Ujjwal Nikam. 

Premam Beauty Malar Sai Pallavi a main role in Mani Ratnam's upcoming flick that has Karthi in the main lead role. Director mani ratnam very impressed with sai pallavi in premam movie. AR Rahaman is the music director for this film. The official confirmation yet to be release.

IIFA Utsavam on January 24th and 25th International Indian Film academy awards will be held on this month end. Latest news is that official confirmation already revealed and  the presentation dates are January 24th and 25th, This time the function will happen in Hyderabad. It was already reported that filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is in the process of releasing an autobiography titled “Guns & Thighs” and he has chosen an interesting set of people to dedicate the book to. He has tweeted saying, “I dedicated my book to Ayn Rand, Bruce Lee, Urmila Matoandkar, Amitabh Bachchan, pornstar Tori Black and a few gangsters.” The filmmaker added, “The dedication to them was in accordance with their tremendous contribution in my life one way or the other.” Earlier this month, Varma shared the cover of his book and mentioned that the book has some startling revelations about Varma calling Amitabh Bachchan an idiot, his own journey with the underworld and his affairs with women. Ram Gopal Varma, who is very vocal and outspoken, definitely knows how to get the crowd talking.

Actor Prabhu Lakshmanan passed away today. The actor suffered a heart attack leaving the film industry in a shock. Recently he acted in maniratnam's Ok kanmani film. Prabhu survived with his wife Dheepa and three children. He is a close associate to both Mani Ratnam and Suhasini. He is also co chairman and trustee of a famous educational institution in Chennai. His last rites will be performed on Friday in Dindigul.  Shocked by his death, many celebrities have taken to Twitter to express their condolences over his sudden demise. Young Rebel star Prabhas’s latest blockbuster ‘Baahubali’ is created records at box office and still continues. The latest buzz is that the movie is getting screened at various international film festivals. According to the recent news, the film will be screened in Taiwan.Arka media confirmed the news and the film will be screened at Taiwan's largest film event, on 7th november and 26. Rana daggubati, Anushka and Thamanna are the lead roles in this movie. SS Rajamouli directed the movie. The movie’s second part is getting ready for regular shoot from December 2015 and film will release in 2017. 

According to the latest buzz , SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 will be releasing only in 2017. The film’s shooting is expected to begin in the end of December or early January. Baahubali- The Beginning released this year and gets huge hit all over the world.Massive success of the first part , rajamouli taking full care .Baahubali the begining Graphics supervisor srinivas mohan will not be avialable for this movie and two times National award winner kamal kannan will take charge.MM Keeravani will be composing the music and arka media works will produce the movie.
