Baahubali writer freed from cheque bounce case 


Mr. Vijayendra Prasad happens to be the father of popular director S S Rajamouli was booked under Cheque bounce case , getting into details. Payakaraopeta MLA runner-up Changala Venkata Rao had filed a cheque bounce case against Vijayendra Prasad in Yellanchalli JFCM Court in 2011. Cine producer and former MLA Venkat Rao got a cheque from Vijayendra Prasad which got bounced.

After four years of prosecution the court headed by Judge Narayana has thrashed the case and gave verdict  in favor of Vijyendra Prasad as plaintiff could not provide necessary evidences. In fact this verdict would have been given on Wednesday but due to absence of Prasad it was adjourned to Thursday at 3PM.
