A Colombian serial killer who confessed killing more than 200 victims but proven number was 138. His victims were mostly poor street children and kill them after molest rape and torture by cutting their throat and later dismember their bodies. He was sentenced in 1999 for 30 years which was reduced to 22 year.

One of the most infamous serial killers of 20th century. He had a history of rape and molestation on himself when he was child and later turned into a thief but got caught. He claimed that in jail he was raped by fellow prisoners and later he killed each of them. Then he moved to Peru, Colombia and Ecuador and confessed of killing more than 300 young girls after molesting and raping them. Though tragically he was released by Ecuador jail in 1998 after serving only 18 years in prison and since then his whereabouts are unknown.
3. Daniel Camargo – Colombia, Ecuador

Daniel Camargo was a psychopathic serial killer from Colombia. He raped and killed more than 150 young girls in 10 years. His child life was ridiculed by his step mother who often torture him and dress him like a girl. Later he got married but had an affair as well with a woman called Esperanza. She bacame his crime partner who lure young girls to their apartment where Daniel Camargo raped them but did not kill. One of the girl complained about it and they got caught. After release he again got caught for raping and killing a young girl and agains sentenced to prison. He ran away from Colombian prison and went to Ecuador and started his Serial Killing and killed more than 150 young girls but proven number was 72. He lure young poor girls for money and by asking them to show a short cut of some place. He raped them after some time and killed them brutally often by stabbing.
He was arrested right after killing a 9 year old girl. He confessed of killing 150 girls and helped them locating 72 bodies of victims. He showed no remorse and said that he was killing girls and women because they are unfaithful and killing them gives him pleasure. He was sentenced for 16 years in jail (highest in Ecuador) but was killed by a cousin of one of his victims in jail itself.
4. Pedro Rodrigues Filho – Brazil

A Brazilian serial killer who started his crime when he was 14. He killed vice mayor of his town for firing his father (who was accused of theft as a guard) and then a guard who was actual thief. While he was 18 he had killed 10 peoples and later he killed his own father for beating his mother and cut his father’s heart and chewed a piece. He was arrested in 1973. In prison he killed some 50 inmates. For all his crimes he was convicted in 1973 and got jail terms of 400 years. But according to Brazilian law one can’t be held in prison for more than 34 years and was released in 2007.

In one year he killed 70 people by hammer and only for one reason “Killing people gave him pleasure”. He forcefully enter a house and kill all of them through his hammer. He was arrested and was hanged in 1979.

Born in a poor family, he left his school and home when he was 17. He worked as a labour in various parts but arrested and sentenced to jail for attempted rape. He was released in 1999 and then started his serial killing. At night he would enter in victim’s family and murder mostly farmers with axe, knife, hammer, shovel. Most of the times he would kill entire family.
He was arrested in 2003 and confessed killing of 67 people. He was sentenced to death and was executed same year. Upon asking for motive behind all those murders he said When I killed people I had a desire. This inspired me to kill more. I don’t care whether they deserve to live or not. It is none of my concern…I have no desire to be part of society. Society is not my concern.”
7. Abul Djabar – Afghanistan

Abul Djabar was an Afghan serial killer who had killed at least 65 people. He was suspected of murdering over 300[1] men and boys. He would strangle his victims with a turban while raping them. Djabar was arrested by police while trying to kill another victim. He was sentenced to death and hanged on October 21, 1970.

Chikatilo was a Russian serial killer who killer who killed nearly 60 young boys and girls and women in 12 years. He was proven guilty for 53 murders and sentenced to death in 1992 and executed in 1994.
Chikatilo was a bright student and had graduated with very good grades. He was bullied by his classmates during school and colleges. Later he joined some school as a teacher and was ineffective while teaching. He was usually mocked by his students in his class. At that time he started committing crimes against young girls. He would first try to rape them and them. He was arrested first in 1984 for his suspicious behaviour but nothing was proved and later released. He was later arrested in 1990 when an office saw him washing hands and face right after killing what would be his last victim. He confessed in front of police and also gave details about each and every murder. He showed no remorse and revealed some disturbing facts like tasting blood of victims, biting lips etc. He remained one of the most horrific Serial Killer in Russian history.

9. Anatoly Onoprienko – Ukraine

A Ukrainian serial killer who would go to rob and then kill every single person at the scene and burn the house to remove all tracks. If any witness pass through this crime he would kill them too. He was arrested in 1996 after a long manhunt by police. He was sentenced to death but after Ukraine entered in European Council it was converted to life imprisonment. He died of Heart attack in 2013 at the age of 54.

Gary Ridgway name is always taken as Most Profolic and most infamous serial killers in American history. He exclusively chose prostitutes and kill them by stabbing and throwing in The green river. He first tried to attempt a murder when he was 16, he tried to kill a 6 year boy by taking him in woods and stabbing multiple times, but the boy survived. Allegedly he left the place laughing and saying “I always wondered what it would be like to kill someone”.
He later joined navy and took part in Vietnam war. He was habitual of going to prostitutes and contracted gonorrhea which made him furious. He then started killing prostitutes at his home, truck or some other strange places by strangling them. In 2001 he was arrested for rape and murder and sentenced to death. But Ridgway pleaded and gave information about other missing girls and because of that he was spared the death penalty and received a sentence of life imprisonment without parole.
